Tom is a founding Director of NTR plc and Chairman of the Board of Directors. He also holds a number of other directorships.
Tom graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an MA (Economics) degree and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Chief Executive Officer
Rosheen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of NTR plc in April 2013. Since joining NTR in 2008, Rosheen has held a number of leadership positions in NTR including most recently as Group Business Development Director and CEO positions in solar development and waste management platforms within the group.
Prior to joining NTR, Rosheen was CEO of GE Money Ireland, the consumer finance division of General Electric, having joined GE in 2002. Prior to joining GE, Rosheen led the business transformation initiative for Irish utility ESB Power Generation.
Rosheen is a Director of property fund Green REIT plc and the Strategic Banking Corporation of Ireland. Rosheen holds a PhD and MA from Dublin City University, and BSc from Trinity College Dublin.
Chief Financial Officer
Marie is Chief Financial Officer of NTR plc.
Marie joined NTR in 2004 and has held executive financial and commercial roles across the Group during this time, including Deputy CFO of NTR and CFO of Wind Capital Group. Prior to NTR, Marie was Senior Director of Strategic Planning for Elan Corporation plc, where she played a pivotal role in that company’s US$2 billion financial restructuring and fundraising programme, and was previously an Audit & Corporate Finance Manager at Arthur Andersen.
Marie holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Galway, a Masters in Accounting from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, and is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.
Christopher Hunt is a Managing Director of Riverstone LLC, an energy and power-focused private investment firm with over $25bn of funds under management.
Chris has nearly 20 years of experience in renewable energy, gas and power. Throughout the course of his career he has developed, constructed, financed and/or operated renewable and conventional energy businesses in over 25 countries involving more than 30GWs of power capacity.
Prior to joining Riverstone, Chris was one of the principals leading the creation and growth of BP Alternative Energy. Before BP, Chris worked extensively in the energy sector including with Enron, where he was responsible for the acquisition, development and operations of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of 16 coal, gas, wind and distribution businesses spread across Asia and Latin America.
Chris currently serves on the boards of Pattern Energy Group LP, Silver Ridge Power LLC and Velocita Energy Developments Ltd.
Brian has run his own management consultancy firm for over 20 years. During this period he was also Chief Executive of Powerscreen International plc and CardBase Technologies Ltd and was Group Chief Executive of Arnotts Holdings Ltd.
Previously, he was Chairman of Lifestyle Sports, Premier Computer Group and director of IWP International Ltd, McCormick Macnaughton Ltd and Moffett Engineering Ltd.
Brian is currently a Non-Executive Director of Towercom Holdings Limited, a provider of wireless infrastructure. Brian is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and a member of its Strategy Review Board.
Brian has represented the Institute on the Professional Accountants in Business Committee of the International Federation of Accountants.
Brian also serves on the Professional Standards Committee of the Chartered Accountants Regulatory Board.
Andrew Macland joined Pramerica Real Estate Investors (“Pramerica”) in January of 2009 and is the Head of Pramerica's UK business, based in the firm's London office. Andrew serves on Pramerica's European Executive Committee and European Investment Committee and is Senior Portfolio Manager for the Pramerica Real Estate Capital (PRECap) series of funds, with responsibility for investments and capital raising.
Andrew is a Chartered Surveyor with a diverse background and well-rounded skill set in banking and real estate. He has 21 years of European real estate industry experience focused on both equity investing and subordinated debt structures, asset management, property recoveries and restructuring.
In 2007, along with Andrew Radkiewicz and Mathew Crowther, the trio formed a boutique fund manager, Paramount Private Equity, which was subsequently absorbed by Pramerica in 2009 to form the Pramerica Real Estate Capital (PRECap) platform.
Prior to 2007, Andrew held senior positions at Rothschild, AIBC and CCF Charterhouse/HSBC Specialist Investments, holds a MSc in Real Estate Investment and Finance and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
Chief Investment Officer
Manus O’Donnell is Chief Investment Officer of NTR plc. Manus has executed corporate and project level funding transactions for over 1,000MW of wind and solar energy projects across Europe, US and Asia.
He was most recently CEO of Mainstream Capital and Head of Corporate Finance for Mainstream Renewable Energy and previously, Manus worked in corporate finance at Airtricity for six years, which was part of the NTR Group.
Manus started his career in investment and corporate banking in London and Dublin. He is a member of the Investment Committee of the Endowment Fund at Trinity College Dublin.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity College Dublin, a M.A. degree in Economics from University College Galway and a MBA from the Smurfit Business School, University College Dublin.
Conor is a Principal and Chief Investment Officer at Woodford Capital DAC. Woodford is a private investment company owned by the Roche family, which has interests in renewable energy, infrastructure, hospitality, real estate and other investments.
Prior to joining Woodford, Conor held a number of leadership positions at NTR plc over the past 14 years, most recently as Business Development Director where he was responsible for origination and investment in wind and solar renewable energy projects and for capital raising for NTR investment funds for the past three years.
Conor has nearly two decades of experience in development, acquisition and disposal of businesses in renewable energy, sustainable waste management, hotels and real estate where he has participated in transactions valued at more than €3.5bn.
Conor is a director on the boards of Woodford Capital DAC, NTR plc, Doyle Hotels Holdings Ltd, Balthazar Ventures Ltd and The Sharing Foundation Ltd.
Charlotte is a non-executive director of NTR plc. She is the Managing Director of GGG Limited, which advises on corporate governance. Charlotte is also on the boards of a number of listed and unlisted companies including Laing O’Rourke Limited, JP Morgan Convertibles Income Fund Limited, Blackstone/GSO Loan Financing Limited and Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited. Charlotte is also on the board of Westminster University.
Prior to her appointment at GGG Limited, Charlotte was the Managing Partner at Brook Street Partners Limited from January 2003. Charlotte has also held a number of senior capital markets roles in the City of London and Denmark. Charlotte is a member of the Institute of Directors, which is regulated by the European Commission.
