Donal is the Chairperson of Sterimol, a holding company for his family-owned subsidiaries, a number of which Donal also chairs. This includes Bimeda (a manufacturer and distributer of veterinary pharmaceuticals and animal health products) and Green Biofuels Ireland (a developer of environmentally friendly, renewable, biofuels and operator of Ireland’s first and largest commercial-scale biodiesel processing plant). He has previously held various executive positions in other Sterimol group companies, including CEO of Clonmel Healthcare and COO of Fuisz Technologies.

Donal chairs the Industry Research and Development Group, a non-profit representing the interests of over 300 companies both indigenous and multinational, conducting research in Ireland. Donal was previously a Director of NTR plc from 2000 to 2014, and a Director of Tradelinks from 2012 – 2017 which promoted trade in East Africa.

He holds a BA (Economics) degree from University College Dublin and an MBA from The Michael Smurfit Business School at UCD.

Rosheen is a seasoned executive with years of leading complex businesses in clean energy, water treatment, the waste management sector and financial services of which the last 14 years focussed entirely on the clean energy transition. During her career, Rosheen was CEO of GE Money Ireland, the consumer finance division of General Electric. Prior to that, Rosheen led the business transformation initiative for Irish utility ESB Power Generation.

Rosheen is also a Director of Grafton Group plc and construction group Sisk.

She holds a PhD and MA from Dublin City University, and BSc from Trinity College Dublin.

Anthony leads the investment team and since joining NTR in 2006 has originated, developed and executed wind, solar, energy storage and bioenergy transactions across Europe and North America. In addition to successfully completing transactions and monetising assets, Anthony has extensive greenfield development and power purchase agreement experience and has managed development and operational teams across Europe and North America.

Before joining NTR, Anthony was Development Director of Biffa plc, the leading UK environmental services business and held leadership positions within CRH plc.

Anthony holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from University College Dublin, a Master of Accounting from the UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and is a fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland.

Conor is the Executive Chairman, and former CEO and CIO, at Woodford Capital DAC, a private investment company.

He also serves on the Boards of Doyle Hotels Holdings Ltd, General Residential Ventures Ltd, Balthazar Ventures Ltd and The Sharing Foundation Ltd.

Conor holds an Honours BA degree in Economics and Sociology from the National University of Ireland, an MBA from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and graduated from the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Helen also sits on the boards of Origin Enterprises plc and the Irish Football Association. Helen is the Chair of Qubis, the Queen’s University Belfast spin out company.

Previously Helen was on the Boards of Kingspan Group plc, UTV Media/Wireless Group plc and the International Fund for Ireland as well as Dale Farm Co-operative Ltd.  

Helen has a B.A. (Hons) Business Studies from Ulster University, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She was awarded a MBE for services to the community in Northern Ireland.

Joginder is currently Senior Counsel in the Legal Division of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Based in Abu Dhabi Joginder is responsible for transaction execution across Infrastructure, Real Estate and Private Equity investments.

Earlier in his career with ADIA he was COO of the Infrastructure and Real Estate Department and Senior Legal Advisor to the Real Estate Department.

Joginder began his career at Berwin Leighton Paisner LLP where he qualified as a lawyer and spent 15 years as an equity partner.

Andrew is a managing director at PGIM Real Estate and head of the European Debt business. He serves on PGIM Real Estate’s European Executive Council and European Investment Committee and is senior portfolio manager for the Pramerica Real Estate Capital (PRECap) series of funds.

Prior to this Andrew co-founded Paramount Private Equity and held senior investment banking positions at Rothschild, AIBC and CCF Charterhouse.

Andrew has a degree in real estate investment and land management and is a qualified Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Tom was a founding Director of NTR plc and played an instrumental role in guiding the company’s evolution over nearly five decades. Under his leadership, NTR transformed from its beginnings as an Irish toll road infrastructure investor and operator into a leading global sustainable infrastructure group. Today, it stands as a prominent European Clean Energy investor and asset manager, a testament to Tom’s visionary stewardship.

Tom was Chairman of the Board of Directors until March 2024. He is now Honorary President of NTR plc and holds a number of other external directorships.

Tom graduated from Trinity College Dublin with an MA (Economics) degree and holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
