NTR plc Declares €18 million Dividend

Dublin, 23 June, 2016:  NTR plc (“NTR”), a leading investor in and asset manager of renewable energy projects, today confirms that it declared an interim dividend of €18 million (46.43 cents per share) for the year ending 31 March 2017.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders on the Register of Members on 24 June 2016 and will be paid in early July.
